1.install plugin:
Jenkins -> Manager Jenkins -> Manager Plugins -> JUnit Plugin -> Download now and install after restart

2.junit report setting
jenkins project -> Configure -> Post-build Actions -> Add post-build action -> Public Junit test result report 

Test report XMLs : app/build/outputs/androidTest-results/connected/*.xml (junit report path)
